Our proprietary non-contact vision systems deliver inspection services that ensure 100% compliance with critical part specifications.
Using multiple high-resolution cameras we quickly and accurately inspect each part for a variety of physical specifications. This includes, but is not limited to: head diameter, head height, shank diameter, thread characteristics, and under head height. With the tolerances for each inspection point programmed to your specifications, our software will capture the data for each part as it moves through the system and isolate the non-conforming parts.
